We have been specialising in providing professional architects services to the housebuilding industry since 1990:
- Feasibility studies at the pre and post site procurement stage. This can be produced using your company’s standard house/apartment types if available, bespoke designs or a combination of these.
- Design development in conjunction with your in-
house design/planning team and specific requirements, balanced against the relevant planning policy and the nature of the site itself.
- Prepare and submit drawings to the local authority for pre-
application advice
- Preparation and submission of a planning application (click here for example projects), in conjunction with other specialist/consultant information.
- Continue negotiations with the local authority to ensure a positive officers report and presentation to the planning committee.
- Clearance of planning conditions. This service is already included in projects we have designed but we do offer this service to projects we have only been appointed for working drawings.
- Design Optimisation. On projects where we ‘adopt’ an existing planning permission we can work with yourselves to improve and optimise the design to maximise your profit by rationalising the design to increase floor areas, simplify construction and reduce build cost.
- Production of detailed working drawings for a building regulations submission and site works.
- Preparing conveyance and sales plans
- Provide technical support and advice throughout the design and construction phases.
